Dominar Rygel XVI Finds a New Job!

Dominar_Rygel_XVI.jpg While on vacation this reporter had the unique opportunity to interview Dominar Rygel XVI. The exiled regent has found another job and deigned to speak with me about it.

Dominar Rygel looks significantly different from his time on Moya, the famous Leviathan. The diminutive Dominar can now be seen regularly online as a Zingoz on Webkinz. When I asked him about the changes for his new role, he replied testily, “They gave me a full depilatory treatment. Look at me! It’s undignified! And they paint me, sometimes yellow, sometimes blue, once I had to pose with a dren full of different colors for some story.”

zingoz.jpg Sitting under an umbrella on the beach, Rygel looks uncomfortable. “It’s been strange. This new job requires so much. I had to get an ear tuck – more of a bob. Look at them! It’s outrageous. And I thought Crichton treated me poorly! Imagine making a living by letting a big orange behemoth (no, not Crichton. This “Zangoz” is even less civilized if you can imagine!) letting that yotz hit me onto a target or bat me across a field, and then I have to giggle as if I like it!”

“Dominar, you don’t sound the same online. What happens to your voice? Are you dubbed?” I asked.

“Oh, umm. It’s a, umm, biological thing. If you were getting tossed about like a frelling ball you’d get nervous too! I, umm, emit helium. It’s a perfectly natural body function! I just can’t seem to stop.”

When asked about the plus side of this new job, he replied, “Certainly, there’s an upside to this. I can eat all the Fried Foofaraw, Werigetti and Zazzlezoup Soup that I want. And have you ever had Charm Candy?” He looks furtively around. “It should be illegal. In fact, I’m sure it is on some planets. I could make a frelling fortune selling them in the Unchartered Territories…. But Chiana won’t let D’Argo pick me up again. Stupid tralk. It’s not like I was going to keep those frelling baubles.”
